Grace Locksmiths

Emergency call-outs that are handled quickly and without fuss are the recurring theme across feedback on Grace Locksmiths, with Dane named time and again as the technician who attends. Customers describe being locked out of cars, homes and a bathroom, and they mention that he arrived when he had said he would, in one instance within roughly a quarter of an hour. His manner during stressful jobs is praised repeatedly, as is the guidance he gives on keeping locks working properly.

The standard of the finished work attracts consistent approval, whether a full set of locks is being replaced, hardware is upgraded after a break-in or a rental is rekeyed so every door takes one key. Reviewers also highlight fair and competitive pricing, straightforward payment and the ability to fit jobs in at short notice. Key cutting carried out on site has spared customers a separate trip, and newly fitted locks are described as solid and secure. Honesty and friendliness come through just as clearly, with several people saying they felt safer in their homes afterwards.

Dane was a great source of help and knowledge from my first enquiry to performing a full house lock upgrades. Very reasonably priced, quick to schedule in and the service he provided was amazing. Thanks again!

Dane was a life saver. I got myself into a situation where I was locked out of my car with the engine running and the key inside. He responded to an afterhours emergency call and was on scene within 20 mins (exactly like he had said) and got the car unlocked within moments. He is friendly, professional and honest. I highly recommend his services.

Couldn't recommend Dane enough. Knowledgeable, considerate, kind, efficient and great to have a yarn with. Well priced and provided accurate quotes. Was able to do an urgent same day service to replace locks which was much appreciated.

Had to get Grace Locksmiths out over the long weekend after a break in. Dane was friendly, efficient and his price was very competitive compared with other quotes. Feeling much more secure and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Dave as I was broken into and needed a new lock and handle on the door as soon as possible. Dane provided excellent service and advice & came to the property very quickly and made me feel secure again in my home. Thanks again Dane

Was locked out of my house at 530am on a work day. Called and spoke to Dane who was really friendly and assured me he could come fix the issue and change my lock straight away. My lovely neighbour allowed him access to my property while I was at work and the job got done with zero stress. Dane even gave me a courtesy call to check if I’d like other locks changed so that I could access them all with just one key! So convenient and less keys to carry. Highly recommend Grace Locksmiths!

Instant panic set in when our bathroom door handle failed and jammed locking us out from being able to do all things necessary! Luckily I phoned Grace Locksmiths and Dane was super helpful and prompt. Only 15 minutes later he arrived at our house to fix the problem! Thank you Dane for such speedy service, especially on a Sunday and before a public holiday! Youre a star!
