Great Barrier Reef Locksmiths

Prompt, reliable workmanship is the theme running through accounts of this Townsville locksmith, with customers consistently describing jobs completed quickly and without fuss. Several reviewers highlight the handling of lockouts, break-in repairs and urgent call-outs, noting that assistance arrived at short notice when other tradespeople were unavailable. Repeat praise centres on the quality of the finished result: deadlocks upgraded for child safety, faulty back door locks repaired, window locks replaced across multiple openings, and older properties fitted with new locks on front and back gates and sliding doors.

Reviewers frequently point to receiving clear explanations of the available options before work began, along with advice on products suited to each home, and the pricing is described as fair and affordable. Cal, also referred to as Kalle, is named for his friendly manner and obvious expertise, with customers commenting on his willingness to talk through choices and his efficiency on site. Tidiness and a professional attitude are also noted, as is the reassurance of feeling secure again after a burglary. Re-keying and key cutting for doors previously without keys feature among the completed jobs.

Honest service and quick turnaround time. Thanks to Kal and the team for your work

I would recommend Cal he was great he was prompt and he very affordable . Would highly recommend him 👌

Excellent service from start to finish. He upgraded our front door deadlock to make it child-safe and repaired our back door lock that hadn’t been working properly for ages. Super efficient, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. Most importantly, he made me feel genuinely safe in my home again. Highly recommend!

Kalle did an amazing job for me. I said what I wanted, we talked through the options; and it happened! This old house my parents' bought now has locks on the front and back metal gates leading up onto the verandahs. A 40 year old problem fixed. Now we can open up the house for ventilation and be safe. He also got keys for the sliding doors on the toilet and bathroom (none for 40 years), so finally there is guaranteed privacy! Thanks for the great job.

Cannot recommend this Business enough! Came over on short notice after we were broken into. Not only did he completely repair the damage done by the robbery, but also upgraded locks and re-keyed our home, so we could feel safe again. Everyone else we called were either booked until next week or didn’t pick up the phone at all. The young man even let me do a bank transfer, as I’d had to cancel all of my cards that morning. THANK YOU for your affordable service and compassionate support during this difficult time for our family! God Bless!! 🙏🏼
