Nq Locksmiths

Townsville residents describe Nq Locksmiths as quick to respond and dependable when a lockout or lock problem arises. Brian is named for heading out within minutes after an early morning call, and Anthony is remembered for arriving promptly, at one point leaving a State of Origin match to unlock a door. A point made in several accounts is how readily the team fits in unplanned work, whether that meant a same-day lock change for a walk-in customer or a rekey after a break-in, which Sophie arranged. The results themselves draw consistent praise: house keys cut on short notice, a new car key and central locking fob produced when a mechanic could not assist, and locks fitted properly.

Several accounts note fair, reasonable pricing, with flat fees seen as transparent rather than inflated. Clear instructions over the phone and follow-up after the job are also noted, as are the friendly, professional manner of those who attended and a tidy approach that left no mess. Emergency lockouts, key duplication, rekeying and lock replacement form the core of the work, along with batteries and safes. Anthony and his team are singled out for being efficient, helpful and easy to deal with throughout.

We got great service from these guys. They responded quickly to our call and gave us updates on when they could come. The job was to replace our door locks and they had the correct locks on board. Fitted them straightaway and job done. Very friendly and professional and the locks are better than the originals. I always check Google reviews when contacting businesses and the reviews were spot on. Thank you Bryan and team.

Shout out to Anthony from NQ Locksmith’s for his prompt, friendly and reasonably priced service. Locked out of my house early on a chilly Saturday morning…. Anthony was on the job….. fixed the problem…..happy days…. Much appreciated 🙂

Anthony is an absolute legend! He actually left home during the State of Origin just to help unlock my door. He arrived quickly, was super friendly, and got me back into my unit in no time. Such a relief to be safely back inside. Fantastic service, highly recommend!

friendly, efficient and persistent to fix the problem. Awesome job getting me back into my safe.

Turned up without notice asking for a lock change, had the lock with me, NQ Locksmiths were at a job not far from me and fitted me in quickly with no hassle, great service, thanks.

Big thanks to NQ Locksmiths for helping me out when I was getting nowhere with the mechanic. They cut a new key and sorted me a new central locking fob, which stopped my car alarm constantly going off. Super helpful, knew exactly what they were doing and got it sorted quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish. The team was professional, prompt, and very reasonably priced. I truly appreciated how smooth and stress-free the entire experience was. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need. Thank you again guys!
