Jim Roberts Locksmiths

Households locked out after hours and owners securing a new property form the steady stream of work described in feedback for this Townsville locksmith. Various customers describe rapid attendance for emergency call-outs, including a car that had locked itself with a key fob inside and a late-afternoon house lockout where no spare key existed, with the response credited to named locksmiths Will, Bailey, Sean and John. A number of reviews mention that faults were put right on the first visit, among them a troublesome security screen door latch that was repaired with a sturdier alternative, and entry locks and car locks opened without damage.

Key cutting and duplication come up often, with copied keys reported to work where hardware store versions had failed, alongside the supply and fitting of locks and knobs keyed to specification and general security advice during property handovers. Communication before and after the job draws consistent praise, particularly the courtesy of office staff such as Michelle, and pricing is described as fair for urgent work. Tidiness and a calm, friendly manner under pressure round out the accounts.

Excellent service and fair price. After hours call out, brand new car locked itself with key fob inside and engine on. How does this even happen with all the technology of a new car?? Came quickly, got the car unlocked. Saved us. Thank you so much and for the prompt professional service. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sean was fantastic! I accidentally locked myself out after forgetting my keys, and he came to the rescue quickly. Highly recommend Sean and Jim Roberts Locksmiths if you ever need a reliable locksmith. Thanks again!

Toddler locked herself inside - these guys were so quick to help out. Thankfully toddler opened the door before these guys got here but really grateful for their quick response. Thanks guys.
