An honest review these guys came out to help my mother get a key for her X-Trail. They couldn’t do it instead of just saying sorry I’m not competent enough to help you they instead insisted to her that it was the cars ECU that was the problem. She has no idea so she called an auto electrician out copped the surcharge for mobile and had to spend money on being told the car was fine!!? In short do not trust these guys with what they say they do not have the knowledge about cars that they pretend they do instead get a real professional for your car key needs.

Trevor was friendly on the phone, they arrive quickly and price was reasonable.

Im trying to get a second car key cut but not having any luck for the last 10 days. It seems only Jaimee can tell me wether its even possible but she's never there when I drop in or call the office. Ive been dealing with Trevor but he's become really condescending and rude on the phone. I don't know if he's having a bad day or if he is just a belligerent man, why so rude to prospective customers ? I'm going elsewhere and will not recommend
