Unfortunately, my experience with this business was disappointing. I contacted them at 5:00am after accidentally locking my keys in my car, and the staff member I spoke with was unhelpful and had a discourteous attitude. As a result, I chose to take my business elsewhere and received prompt, professional service and reasonable pricing from another provider. I would recommend reviewing customer service standards to ensure a more positive experience for future clients. Thank you

Ross was awesome he was able to open my Chubb safe when I forgot the combination without damaging it. He had it open within five minutes.

I had a very embarrasing incident where the lock on my bedroom seized. When I phoned and explained what had happened Ruswin had technicians at my house within 15mins and on a Friday afternoon. The staff were terrific from the top down and I would recommend Ruswin for any job where their expertise is required. I would also like to say thank you to the staff

I asked for someone to come asap as I needed access to a garage and they said they had someone available in 1 hour. I said I couldn't wait that long and that I would have called someone else. That's what I did. While I was on the phone with another locksmith, Ruswin locksmith decided to send someone in 5 mins without asking for my confirmation (they knew I was already looking for someone else). They showed up but I sent an email to cancel the job. THEY CHARGED ME ANYWAY AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND ME!!!
