Lock It Up Townsville

Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced work is the theme that runs through accounts of this Townsville locksmith, whose reviewers describe a business that responds quickly and handles jobs without fuss. Several customers highlight the speed of response, including a motorist whose car locks were repaired in under twenty minutes and another whose broken car key was cut early the next morning after a helpful phone call the previous night.

A recurring point is the clear, fair pricing, with reviewers noting that tricky jobs and rare key blanks were sorted at a reasonable cost. The team, including David, Kathy and Trent, is repeatedly named for professionalism, reliability and a friendly manner, while praise for quality results covers deadlock installation, a changeover from five keys to a single key and key cutting that other suppliers could not match.

Customers also value the communication from first contact through to completion, and the willingness to track down hard-to-find blanks and follow up when they arrived. Emergency call-outs to homes and vehicles are described, along with the courtesy and care shown during them. The family-run character of the operation comes through in several accounts, as does the sense that no request is treated as too difficult, leaving customers with confidence in the work and in the people who carry it out.

My car key broke and Tuesday night, I called them that night and they were super helpful over the phone. Was able to go in early the next morning and was able to have a new key cut super quickly and wasn't too expensive either! Excellent customer service, would definitely go back.
