I managed to snap the door handle off our clinic building last week and needed help fast. The bloke arrived promptly, got the building open, and replaced the handle without any fuss. Didn't catch his name, but he was a legend. Professional, efficient, and got the job done quickly. Really appreciate the help and wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Locked myself out of my apartment at 4:30pm on a Saturday. By 5:15pm, I was back in my place with the keys in my hand. Danny saved my Saturday night!
Joel was friendly and transparent about the fee from the start when I had locked myself out after hours. $250 for call out fee. Arrived within half hour. My lock is tricky and he got in much quicker than the previous time I locked myself out. He was knowledgeable and professional. Very glad I called Inner West Locksmiths before nearly getting scammed by another company that came up first on Google

Highly recommend Inner West Locksmiths. I had a tricky situation trying to fit a smart lock with limited clearance behind a screen door. Daniel was incredibly patient and helpful over email, walking me through different options to find the right low-profile lock that would work. Joel handled the installation and did a fantastic job—the final result looks great. Excellent communication and expertise throughout the whole process.

Excellent experience and incredible customer service from the team at Inner West Locksmiths. Cannot recommend them highly enough. I called on a Friday morning needing help with my motorbike key, which was sticking/not opening the fuel tank anymore. Ben (motorcycle specialist) was able to provided practical advice and a plan via phone, and Danny went above and beyond to assist me when I arrived. The entire thing was sorted in a very timely fashion, and the cost was extremely reasonable! Their attention to detail and commitment to their craft is a credit to the business. Thanks again! Naomi
