Connor came to install new Smart Locks on the new door & existing door, rekeying all door locks as well as replacing all window locks. He came initially to check on the existing door to ensure it was the correct Smart Lock to fit the door. I ordered a new front door lock. They rang a couple of days later to inform me that it had come in earlier than expected and arranged to come almost straight away after the call to install it. I wasn’t left waiting around; they came when they said they would and were no nonsense and professional. The paperwork at the end was clear. I would happily get them again - very easy to deal with.
