Lock & Key Service

Punctuality and reliability emerge as the strongest themes running through feedback on this Wollongong locksmith. Customers repeatedly describe tradespeople arriving when promised, with one account of a front door lock being installed almost immediately after a call confirmed the part had arrived early, and another describing a response within half an hour of phoning about a lockout. Several reviewers name staff directly, with Connor praised for fitting smart locks, rekeying existing doors and replacing window locks, Rod described as knowledgeable and consistently helpful, and Matt credited with resolving a house lockout.

The quality of the finished work is a point that comes up often, covering car key battery replacement and recoding, new lock installation and rekeying, with the advice and clear explanations given on site singled out as much as the work itself. Reviewers also note fair, reasonable pricing, tidy and efficient completion, clear paperwork at the job's end, and a polite, no-nonsense manner whether the contact begins at the counter or over the phone. Repeat customers describe the service as dependable each time they return. Workmanship on smart lock installations and rekeying stands out as the common thread.

I have used Lock and Key several times now and I find that they are consistently reliable and their service is top-notch! They respond to queries immediately and is always helpful. Highly highly recommend!

We were locked out of our house today & Matt from Lock & Key came to our rescue . Great service. Thanks so much . Lynette& Kevin Kerin.

Connor came to install new Smart Locks on the new door & existing door, rekeying all door locks as well as replacing all window locks. He came initially to check on the existing door to ensure it was the correct Smart Lock to fit the door. We were very happy with his workmanship and would highly recommend Lock & Key Service to anyone.

Very prompt response, happy with service and use again.

Rod is always helpful and knowledge. Great service always with a smile and professional. We work well together to assist Owners with any issues.

I ordered a new front door lock. They rang a couple of days later to inform me that it had come in earlier than expected and arranged to come almost straight away after the call to install it. I wasn’t left waiting around; they came when they said they would and were no nonsense and professional. The paperwork at the end was clear. I would happily get them again - very easy to deal with.
