Mawson Lock Service

Wollongong households and businesses appear throughout accounts of Mawson Lock Service, where vehicle key work is a recurring subject. Spare key cutting and car fob repair come up often, and Tom is singled out for programming a replacement Jeep key at a reasonable charge while keeping the customer informed of progress. Craig features in several accounts, praised for rekeying a second-hand door and for cutting two sets of keys for a stolen truck on the same day so a business could get back on the road.

Punctuality, knowledgeable advice and accurate estimates are mentioned repeatedly, including a short-notice changeover of six locks and an after-hours emergency call handled by Ben. The reception team is described as professional and helpful with questions, and staff generally come across as approachable and straightforward to deal with.

Fair pricing and clear communication before and after the work are common points, as is a willingness to explain options on the day. Reviewers also note small gestures, such as replacing a key interior at no charge and going out of the way to help. The thread running through the feedback is dependable, professional service for drivers, homeowners and commercial clients needing emergency locksmith assistance and safe and vault solutions.
