Lock Supplies Pty Ltd

Walk-in customers needing keys cut, car keys repaired, or help choosing door hardware consistently describe a knowledgeable and responsive team at this Morphett Vale store. Reviewers often mention the depth of product knowledge on show, with David singled out for patient, detailed advice over the phone and in person, including guidance towards a suitable product for a particular need.

Vicki is named just as often for her friendly and helpful manner, and for going out of her way to source items that were not on the shelf. A theme running through the feedback is the speed of service, with a broken car key rejoined in a matter of minutes and jobs completed inside critical timeframes. The range of keys, locks and handles is described as comprehensive for the southern area, and several accounts note that staff take the time to explain options rather than simply sell a product.

Pricing is described as reasonable and fair for the work involved. Customers returning over a number of years comment on the consistently helpful and approachable crew, with the advice given before and after a purchase standing out as a reason they keep coming back. Key cutting, lock and handle supply, and repair work feature throughout the feedback.

Had a commodore key cut good service very happy

Awesome people, they have helped me multiple times throughout the years and have an extremely friendly and helpful crew. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Went above and beyond to ensure a job was finished in a critical timeframe. Highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service and advice. Will definitely be going back there.

Friendly quick service and reasonable prices. Recommended.

Great service was given at Lock Supplies. Vicki was so friendly and helpful and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this store for all locksmith needs. The choice of keys was endless!!!

I had a security breach and needed the pins and key of an 40 year old Lockwood door lock modified, after much searching at the usual hardware stores in the Southern area resorted to using Google and sought the services of locksmith "Viki Mitchell from Locksupplies" for a modest price she completed the job by day's end and even included some spare keys, I highly recommend her fine work...also refitting the old key locks safed me the extra work of fitting a new lock with different dimensions...soo happy! Thank you again Viki.
