Friendly staff and excellent service.

We didn’t need a lock changed but we needed a tyre changed! Shout out to Toby who pulled over to help me and my sister when her tyre blew to shreds! We tried to wave down so many people 😅 We didn’t even wave Toby down, he just so kindly decided to stop and help us. stuck on the side of the road with a baby and it was bucketing down rain and was so muddy, in the middle of nowhere. What a top bloke, refused to let me send him money. We don’t know what we would have done without his help today. He was so lovely and helpful 🙏

I went in with my door handle assembly that I could not separate. The young guy took the lock & returned within 5 minutes & said that i did not have inner shield lined up with the release tab. He did not ridicule me & said no charge. I will use them again in the future. Great service.

Great service from Salisbury Locksmiths! Very quick response to my request for assistance when I called. Mitchell was excellent, notified me of time of arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me full information about the expected costs so that I could make an informed decision about the work to be done, which he carried out efficiently and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

Andrew helped with some sliding door handle/key replacements - went above and beyond when unexpected issues arose with the locks. Very knowledgeble, reliable, and such wonderful customer service. Really appreciated his time, effort, and great demeaner! Highly reccommend.

We had Andrew come over to fit a new front door knob. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't take forever either. Would recommend.
