Locksmith Services North Brisbane

Homeowners and buyers in Brisbane's north consistently name Stephen when describing their experience with this locksmith, and honest advice is the quality that surfaces most often. A handful of customers describe being told which locks did not need replacing and how to keep existing hardware working well, rather than being steered towards unnecessary work. Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, from next-business-day attendance to quick replies and arriving at the agreed time. The jobs recounted range from rekeying a newly purchased house and repairing several locks to reprogramming automatic door remotes, with expertise and clear explanations of the available options and their costs mentioned often.

Reviews regularly refer to tidy workmanship, modest charges and a professional manner around the home. Friendliness and patience also feature, including talking a customer through a door locking problem by phone so no call-out was required. One account highlights his persistence when unexpected difficulties arose, absorbing the extra labour without adding to the bill. Neighbours and family members are referred to him, and customers say they would call again for further work. A recurring theme is the maintenance advice offered after the job.

Stephen came out to change all the locks on a recently purchased house. I appreciated the prompt service but more than anything I appreciated the honest advice on unnecessary changes and how to protect the locks in the future from damage during previous ownership. While there he also reconfigured the remotes for the automatic doors. Stephen is a lovely guy whom I would highly recommend and will definitely use for any future work.

Steve was absolutely incredible. Very helpful and honest and did everything to solve our problem.

Steve was fantastic in talking me through over the phone the problem I had with the front door locking device - saved a call out fee and effort for all - will be recommending Steve in our neighbourhood

Had an issue with an ornate front door handle. Called the phone number and spoke to Steve. He was very helpful. He gave me advice and sent links with options to consider. He did this without pushing me to use his services. As a result I was able to solve the problem myself. I will definitely use these guys for any future work due to their honestly and customer service. 👍👍
