My first time to this locksmith shop. Normally, I had to drive far away to find locksmith. Now, it is close to me. And the locksmith is very kind and efficient. Recommended. Tina

I had a number of things I needed ShieldTec to install and the Tech Campbell was great. There were a few minor Tech issues but he stayed until all was correct and working.

After losing my letterbox key, I reached out for a replacement. The process was incredibly seamless—just one phone call and a text, and the new key was delivered right to my mailbox a few hours later. Fantastic, hassle-free service!

Thank you Shield Tech. I actually don’t have the words to adequately thank Damien, Jason and young Harry for their kindness and professionalism. It is so refreshing to meet people in business who genuinely care. Our new front door lock is wonderful. I can get wheelchair user hubby safely out of our house in an emergency. I am very grateful for your help. Thank you so very much. What an A1 business!
