Maitland Locksmith

Prompt, efficient service and fair pricing are the themes that surface most often in feedback for this Maitland locksmith. A handful of customers describe calling for same-day assistance and having a locksmith arrive within hours, sometimes with a courtesy call beforehand to confirm the expected arrival time. More than one review highlights that locks were changed, repaired or re-keyed quickly, in some cases before they had finished unpacking, and that newly fitted locks were keyed alike for convenience.

A recurring point is the advice customers receive: one reviewer appreciated being offered a cheaper repair to existing security doors rather than being pushed into buying replacements, while another was grateful for guidance that avoided unnecessary expense. Luke is named for attending a front door that swung open in the wind, listening to the customer's concerns, resolving the fault and then tidying the work area. Politeness, clear communication and tidiness come up again and again, including help regaining access to a locked caravan and cutting new keys on the spot. The office team is also singled out for answering calls promptly and arranging appointments without fuss.

I rang Maitland Locksmiths on Monday morning after an attempted break in, and they were able to come that afternoon to service the locks and reset the plate. I had a number of spare keys cut and went back to have some honed until they worked smoothly in the locks. Everyone was very helpful.
