Mister Minit Stockland Green Hills East Maitland

Around Maitland, Mister Minit Stockland Green Hills East Maitland has built a steady following for its engraving work, shoe and boot repairs and watch servicing. Customers repeatedly highlight the engraving service, describing personalised pieces such as wedding gifts, cake knives and sunglasses turned around quickly and to a high standard, with several noting the finished product looked excellent. Named staff members Sulav, Vic and Virk come up often for their patience and helpfulness, particularly when clients are deciding what to have engraved, and one account describes a watch repair handled without charge.

Reviewers also mention new soles and heels fitted to much-loved boots and praise the fair pricing and efficient, friendly service across the kiosk. The range of work described spans engraving, key cutting, watch repairs and shoe restoration, and the speed of turnaround is a recurring theme, with jobs completed in short timeframes while customers wait. The staff's willingness to guide selection and explain options is described as a point of difference, and the quality of the finished engraving is the detail that comes up most often.

We visited Mister Minit to get some watch repairs and was served by Sulav. He was extremely generous with his time and provided exceptional customer service. As the watches were my son’s he did the work for no cost to my son. We would highly recommend Mister Minit to family and friends.

Worst experience today at the Greenhills store. I went in for a simple car key casing replacement. I was quoted $89 and told to come back in 20min. When I returned more than 20min later the operator had not started, he told me to return at 12:45. When I returned at 12:47, the job still had not been started, so I asked for my key back, but he refused to give it to me and said it would only take 2min to fix. After two new blades had been cut and he had made several failed attempts to reassemble the key, I had lost all confidence in his ability to do the job properly, so I again asked for the parts of my key back, he again refused. Finally, after 30min (nearly an hour and a half all up) I was given a new key and only charged $50, he also included a new battery. I tried it in my car but the key would not turn, so I took the old parts and the new key to the Keyman store where I was given a fully functional key in less than 20 min. I returned the new key, minus the electronics, to Mister Minute and asked for a refund as the key did not work. There was no problem getting a refund. Interestingly though I paid by card the operator pulled $50 out of his wallet for the refund.
