I have had a pretty bad experience before with calling out a locksmith. They wouldn’t give a quote on the phone and try to charge an insane amount to open the door once present but, with the team here they were able to give me a quote before coming and got the job done fast. William was friendly, efficient and very professional to deal with. We spoke briefly over the phone, and I sent him pictures of the problem I was having with my apartment door lock (which was jammed open). He replied quickly, setting out the range of likely costs depending on what the precise problem turned out to be. I was comfortable with the price, and agreed a time for that afternoon. William was on time, and got the job done very efficiently. At different points he called me over so he could explain what was wrong with my lock, and to test the work when he was done. He happily accepted payment via credit card, and quickly emailed an itemised tax invoice. I 100% recommend!
