Mister Minit Settlement City Port Macquarie

Engraving work anchors this Port Macquarie counter, with personalised drink bottles, whiskey glasses and keychains finished precisely and thoughtfully. Ben is named repeatedly for craftsmanship and a steady hand, while Zara earns consistent credit for suggestions that improve on what customers had in mind and for staying composed when a situation turned difficult. Several reviewers describe finished pieces exceeding expectations, and the same names recur for helpful, knowledgeable guidance. Speed comes up often, including one engraving completed within thirty minutes and a keychain returned to for a second job moments later.

Handbag restoration also features, with an account of a bag stripped of colour by hand sanitiser brought back to its original look and a follow-up product suggested. Key cutting, shoe and leather care, watch work, sharpening and trophy engraving appear among the tasks customers bring in. Reviewers describe a warm, patient manner, with staff explaining options clearly and following through until the item is right. What stands out is precision work delivered calmly, even when the counter is busy.

A massive thank you to Zara at Mr Minit (Settlement City). My daughter wanted our dog engraved on her drink bottle, and Zara suggested the best way to make it work. The final result was even better than we imagined. Amazing customer service, great ideas, and beautiful workmanship. Highly recommend!

They did a great job here! Love the outcome. After I got a cool image the staff were able to get it done within 30 mins. Thank you.

Ben and Zara are my Christmas miracle. Two days before Christmas they helped me with a quantity of intricate engraving. Although they were clearly inundated with last minute Christmas customers, they both spent time with me, listened to my needs and were compassionate and positive of my situation. They fulfilled my expectations and delivered what they recommended. This is how you run a business. Thankyou team Settlement City. My family were blown away with their gifts. X

Big thanks to Ben & Zara you guys rock! Unreal service, and super fast!

Experienced the kind lady who works here get abused today by some horrible woman and she responded with utmost respect and patience despite the situation. Kudos to her for dealing with it so well, hope the bloke has a good look in the mirror. Will always come here for their services as they are so helpful and very knowledgeable
