Romer Locks

Safes, car keys and residential lockwork run through the feedback for Romer Locks in Port Macquarie, covering both planned installations and urgent call-outs. The guidance offered in store on selecting a suitable safe is singled out, and that advice is said to carry through to the fitting itself, with Warren named for courteous, professional work and a site left tidy afterwards.

Several accounts note being called back quickly and kept informed at every stage, and punctuality features often, including one account of a locksmith arriving when promised and opening a home without causing damage after a lockout. Car key work returns as a theme, spanning a battery replacement and a broken chip repaired at the roadside in roughly a quarter of an hour, with Gaven named for reopening the shop after hours to assist a stranded motorist.

Quick and skilled fitting of roller door locks, additional security advice given while on site, thorough completion of the job and straightforward card payment with paperwork and follow-up information sent promptly are all described, and pricing is noted as reasonable for the standard of work delivered. Added security advice during a worrying time is also acknowledged, as is expert knowledge shared during repeat visits.

Great service and quick turn around on installing new locks on our property. Warren was very professional and courteous. He was on time and cleaned up throughout install. 10/10.

I received exceptional service from the guys at Romer locks. From the advice provided, in store, regarding the best type of safe to suit my needs, all the way through to Warren coming out to install it. Great price, great service and a great company to deal with.

I have used Romer Locks twice to install new equipment at my house. Both times they have been great to deal with - expert knowledge, easy to talk to, great communication, prompt service and expert installation. I’d recommend them any time.

Amazing experience with Gaven from Romer Locks Port Macquarie! Called very close to closing time on a Sunday afternoon as my car key/chip broke and Gaven drove to where we were broke down, unlocked his shop and fixed the car key for us in under 15 minutes. Very affordable and amazing service. Massive thank you and appreciation to Gaven for saving the day on our 9 hour car trip! Highly recommend.
