I called midnight around 11:30 the woman who answered seemed bothered and very rude on the phone she got upset and hung up on me this is no way to handle a costumer that is in need of help/distressed when I just called to ask a simple question of the cost it was such a rude behaviour swearing on the phone and she needs to be fired immediately.

Called on Sunday early evening 8-6-25, they quoted $129.00 call out fee, (then the cost of the job) , The woman who answered seemed bothered and could tell she did not want to help us, but she could have still done the right thing (for people who are distressed) and organised the job, (thats what every other company I have called says) then she told me she would call back which she did, only to say that nobody was coming? Then, only after I got a very much more expensive Company, Nelsons called back, this time being the actual Locksmith to do the job, of which time it was too late. This company are advertised in the Lobby of our City Apartments to be the people to call if you are locked out . I called back today Monday 9-6-25 only to have another (or same) woman talk over me, yet told me I was talking over her, at which point Id had enough. Will never trust this company again, and wont be recommending to Strata Data owners of our Apartments. Very poor interpersonal skills and showed no empathy or even understanding...I wish I could give this lot no stars

Brayden came to change my locks due to me losing my keys. He was an absolute legend and was friendly. He even fixed my door handle that was coming off. I highly recommend him to anyone. Actual legend!

It is now closed at Port Adelaide so will not be using this business again. The shop was convenient and friendly. Went to Marion mobile locksmiths. Great service and cheaper than quotes by Pt Adelaide locksmiths who should go out of business for shoddy service and faulty goods.

Fantastic service! Recently went to the new showroom and purchased a Safe. Chris was amazing to deal with! Some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time.
