OZ Locksmith

Reliability and speed stand out as the strongest recurring themes in the feedback for this Adelaide locksmith, with Chris and Alex each named by customers for the manner in which they carry out their work. A number of accounts describe how quickly contact turned into attendance, including one household that made an online enquiry in the evening and received a call-back the same night before a locksmith arrived to assess the job.

A separate customer recounts an elderly relative shut out of her home after losing a key, with the door opened and the ageing lock swapped for a new one soon after the tradesperson reached the property. Punctuality comes up often, as does honesty about options: reviewers say they were told what genuinely needed doing and were not steered towards unnecessary extras.

Door repairs feature heavily, from a jammed internal door fixed a couple of hours after the first call to a second lock attended to while the locksmith was already on site. Workmanship is described as high quality, paired in the accounts with clear quotes given before work started and pricing regarded as fair. Tidiness, friendliness and understandable advice on older locking hardware round out the picture, with jobs explained fully from beginning to end.
