Have really appreciated the help and service over the years. Wayne is incredibly helpful and John is very skilful at moving really big safes.

Purchased a safe worth >$2k Slapped on some stupid sticker that took me almost three hours to remove in full. Don’t recall providing permission to put this on the safe.

I placed an order four weeks ago for a total of $1,168.17, which included delivery and installation. I specifically requested that Luke arrange delivery and installation for a particular day. As the delivery date approached, no one reached out to me, and I had to call multiple times for updates. Despite being promised that the delivery would occur, it did not happen. I was willing to reschedule, but 1.5 weeks later and I still have not heard from anyone until I called again today. Even now, there is no definite answer on when or if the delivery will occur. I am now requesting a full refund, but I have not received any official written confirmation that this will be processed. As someone who works full-time, I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the delivery and installation, and it feels like my time and efforts have been disregarded. I understand that a third party might be involved in the delivery and installation, but the lack of proactive communication and the constant need for me to follow up is unacceptable. This company seems to only value money, not their customers' time or satisfaction. I expect a response and resolution to this issue.

If I could give zero star I definitely would. The customer service is very poor and unhelpful. The website doesn't reflect what kind of customer service u will receive, don't be fooled. I wish I never bough a safet from there but all I can do is warn people to stay away!! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, STAY AWAY AND PURCHASE FROM ELSEWHERE.. Beyond happy with the service provided by Safegaurd Safes. I dealt with Wayne who helped to educate me about what I was buying and was great at every point of communication. Should I need another or anything else safe related - I'll 100% be going through Safegaurd Safes.

Having issues with a very expensive cabinet, it won't open. Not getting any support from the Company after sending multiple emails and phonecalls. UPDATE: Thank you Wayne for your prompt response and your help on the phone. I appreciated your advice. Very professional. Much happier now!

Absolutely fantastic service, I would definitely recommend. Moving a three quieter tonne safe into a tight fiddle space, wasn't an issue, and even better not a scratch or mark the timber floor, any walls, or anything. Will definitely be our safe carrier of choice
