I had John come out to do a job for me and after arriving the door we thought was locked was actually unlocked. John was so kind and understanding to my current situation. He didnt charge me a call out fee. He also went through the house and did a very reasonable quote for several internal doors. Excellent customer service, great pricing , on time. Highly recommend.

John responded to my request within minutes of me posting what I needed for my home to be secured with all of my locks changed. He went above and beyond not only in his efficiency but also his pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. He also returned to assist me setting up security cameras and again he went above and beyond what he needed to do in securing my home on all levels.
