The team at Sydney locksmiths were outstanding. Great service.
I ordered a master key through my strata in March. Unfortunately, the locksmith supplied the wrong key. The key I received was not for my unit, and I have no idea whose unit it belonged to. This is a serious security concern. I immediately reported the issue to the building manager and returned the incorrect key. The building manager contacted the locksmith, but despite waiting for several months, I have received no response, no update, and no replacement key. The lack of communication and the excessive delay have been extremely disappointing. I expected a licensed locksmith company to handle security-related matters with much greater care and professionalism. As a result of this ongoing issue and the complete lack of response, I have no choice but to escalate this matter by lodging a formal complaint with NSW Fair Trading and the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia (MLAA).

Alejandro is excellent! He rekeyed our deadbolt in just 20 minutes and went above and beyond my expectations. He provided cut keys as well. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend his services.
Boy did I have a day the other day. I had to replace locks on the front door, get new keys cut and sort out new fobs for my car. One call with Alejandro and everything was sorted. He research specifics around my car, organised new security keys and a lock replacement for my home, no surprises, prices as communicated and all complete 4 hours after my first call.
