Great service by a polite young chappy

Contacted TCL to get some help on a motorcycle key barrel, took my details and said someone would be in touch, 2 days later, no contact, so called again, same, took my details said someone would be in touch 2 days later still nothing. Really disappointing and frustrated as TCL were recommended and not a lot of options here in Cairns for motorcycle work.

TSL are the advertised and contracted security firm who supposedly service Harbour Lights in Cairns. Trouble is, this company does not provide this service. I’m a tenant and after calling their advertised after hours number from shortly after close of business until after 10pm due to being locked out of my apartment, it’s obvious this company has falsely advertised itself. The matter will be reported to the building manager and the real estate agent - there’s plenty of available locksmiths in Cairns who can do the job, as I’ve found out.

Great service from the lads and quite entertaining watching the street cam whilst waiting for keys to be cut.

Poor Service. I wanted my car key fixed, and was told it would be $200 plus, and wouldn’t have remote locking working after repair, and needed my vehicle. Eddie Williams locksmith fixed it in under 5 mins at $15.

Fantastic service. Key broke off in the ignition and they were able to retrieve and cut new ones instantly . Helped me get back on the road and continue my work. So Efficient and friendly.Cannot thank them enough. Go Tom Cowles always been the best in Cairns.
