Extremely happy with the service from Sonia at Terry’s Locksmiths, I found her professional, capable and competent- I was so impressed with her skills and knowledge around the business and what she was doing - she impressed me greatly and my issues with my car were completely solved. Another GC company directed me to @Terry’s - I had no idea what they could do, now I know - I give full recommendation to the business.
The entire experience was so so worth it. Daemon the locksmith who came to our home and manager Sonia at Southport, were very professional, polite, informative and responsive to questions, incredibly helpful and very efficient at their jobs. It was a wonderful experience (first time I've used these guys), and I was so pleased with the outcome.
Lost my car keys on a night out which was my only set, rang around and found Terry’s locksmith, Marty fit me in and communicated with me through out the day to ensure we can get the job done. Marty was great to deal with, great communication and saved the day! Highly recommended as they are very well priced as well compared to others I rang.
Currently on holiday when our key fob decided to break! Terry’s advice on the phone was extremely helpful and fitted us in on a busy Friday to fix the fob quickly so so we could get on and spend time with a sick loved one. Thankyou very much. Highly recommend this service. They go above and beyond to help in any situation they can. I can’t recommend them enough. Toby was so fantastic and quick with his service. The company kept me informed when to expect Toby and then sent a text half an hour beforehand to let me know they were on the way with a map showing them on the way.
Called around to get new keys for my canopy which the previous keys were stolen. Many places wasn't able to fix without ordering new sets which would be more costly. Sonia from Terry's locksmith southport was the only place that was able to get me new keys without ordering a new set. Sonia was exceptional with her service. I would recommend these guys if you need any locks repaired. Highly happy with the service they provided and the price they quoted.
