Locked my keys in the boot of my car. After calling locksmith store a young man named Tom came out to help. After 25 minutes and countless calls Tom was informed my cars deadlock feature had already engaged before he arrived, which made opening the door inpossible without a key. With no spare key, Tom traveled back to the store and then out to us AGAIN with a lock pick. After another 5 minutes Tom had picked the lock on my Mazda and opened the car door for us. Tom my man... Throughly impressive. Its one thing to pick a tumbler lock. But to pick a car door that quick.. savage work brother. Got home and the milk was still cold. You may be an apprentice but youre a flat out professional to us mate!

Great service, professional and efficient

My husband's car was broken into, the thief found the button inside to open our garage and gained access into our home. Thankfully they came in, found all the car keys and left without further incident as we were asleep inside, along with our children. I called to get our locks changed as the thief had keys to access our home. The Locksmith Store had someone at our door to change all our locks before the police had even finished with statements and forensics. They changed all the locks, giving us enough sets that we didn't need to get further cut and went beyond by also decoding the garage door so the buttons on the stolen cars won't work anymore and assisted with the door between the kitchen and garage as when we bought the house it wouldn't lock due to a weather strip. It was nice to feel like they wanted us to feel safe in our home again, which can be hard after such an event. Thank you to The Locksmith Store, it meant a lot to us that you were able to be there so fast and for the extra help in securing our house. Any time I need a Locksmith in the future I know where I'm going!

Great service went in on short notice and Adam and the team were really helpful. New key cut and programmed in about 10 minutes. Knowledgeable and even sorted out pairing of the key. Highly reccommend.
