Had rung and was told no need to make an appointment. Clearly not used to walk ins. Has to wait a long time to be served as there was no one in the shop that could cut keys.

Prompt response. Personable. The quote to unlock the bedroom door was $299 plus $239 (replace the worn lock). Cit apartment location. We declined.

After getting a huge quote for my main entry apartment door, Jerard came and was able to repair and only replace what was needed and the total came to about 1/3 of the quote for full replacement.
