A. J. Edden Pty Ltd

Households, warehouse operators and businesses seeking security work in Newcastle have left feedback that centres on the knowledge and manner of the staff. Customers writing about their orders describe Bailey as efficient and courteous, whether adjusting door handles, sorting a jammed aftermarket fuel cap or meeting people in the showroom, and his practical advice on matching new locks to older doors is a point that comes up often. Geoff and Amanda are named for their product knowledge and friendly, efficient help across multiple visits, while Jake is credited with installing Bosch alarm systems and resolving faults promptly, including remotely activating a home system, setting up WiFi access and porting an account.

More than one review highlights that jobs are completed sooner than expected, that communication before and after the work is clear, and that installation teams arrive on time and take care with warehouse and office layouts. Electronic lock changeovers and door hardware adjustments feature among the completed work, with customers noting that everything functioned correctly afterwards and that the products supplied looked good. The courtesy shown in the showroom and on site, combined with technical advice that saved time, is what people tend to remember.

After our elderly grandmother was locked out of her house after a trip to hospital via ambulance, Bailey was able to be here and get us into the house within minutes. He was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend 👌 Thank you so much

Big Shoutout to AJ Edden Locksmiths at Warrabrook especially Bailey, who had my issue sorted within 5 minutes. I had purchased an aftermarket lockable fuel cap for my car given the high rise of fuel theft recently. After just 2 operations of opening the cheap plastic inside failed and left it locked on. I dropped by to ask if they could sort it out and Bailey certainly did so. Once again much appreciated for the Quality Service.

Bailey did a great job fixing the locks on our doors. He was friendly and an expert in his trade. Would highly recommend.

A. J. Eden installed our new Bosch alarm system in 2024. Recently, we required support to resolve an ongoing fault. The service we received from Jake went above and beyond. He responded promptly and worked efficiently to fix the issue before we left for an overseas trip, which gave us great peace of mind. Thank you again, Jake—we really appreciate your outstanding support.
