Elite Mobile Locksmiths

Drivers in Newcastle whose vehicles are locked and who need prompt access make up much of the feedback, with a Golf GTI, an older BMW and a Landcruiser all named in accounts. Mark is identified often and credited with opening cars quickly, applying solid knowledge of vehicle locking systems and cutting both keys for one vehicle in minimal time. Clear communication of expected arrival times while a customer waited is a point that comes up often, as is completing the work thoroughly rather than taking shortcuts. Helpfulness with enquiries and patience in answering questions are also strengths that recur, alongside a friendly manner on site.

Two vehicle keys replaced efficiently for one client, and assistance extended beyond the immediate lockout, both appear in the accounts. Repeated accounts describe rapid attendance and capable handling of older cars as well as newer models. The practical skill on vehicle lockouts is widely acknowledged, yet dealings with customers around initial contact emerge as the strongest point of dissatisfaction, with several describing abrupt telephone exchanges and declined requests, and some indicating they would look elsewhere for future work.

Mark was straight onto it. Really helpful and assisted with all enquiries.

This 'man' deliberately ran me off the road when merging off the Myall Rd round about at Cardiff (I was in front). There was a large truck in front of us, he sped up as I was half way merged and ran me off the road for no reason almost causing an accident with my kids in the car, in peak hour traffic, then brake checked me the rest of the time I was behind him. Disgusting old man. I hope you do this to the wrong person one day, and learn a lesson before you hurt someone with your pitiful road skills.

This guy is ya guy. Amazing help and service 10 out of 10.

Mark was rude and abrasive. Zero customer service. I would never consider giving him our business in the future.

So helpful, quick and exactly what we needed.

Rapid response. Excellent knowledge and was amazing with my old BMW. Highly recommend.

Came within 20 minutes and sorted me out getting me back to safety! Such a gentleman! Thank you soooo much!!!!
