Lock M Out Locksmiths

Newcastle drivers needing car keys replaced form the bulk of the feedback, and Geoff is the name that comes up again and again in accounts of those jobs. He is described as arriving within fifteen minutes of a call, and one customer recalls being stranded for five hours before he attended and got them mobile again. The work itself centres on vehicle keys: a replacement for a second-hand KIA using a genuine part, two new keys after a chip failed, and a key replaced the day after a call.

Fair pricing is a theme running through the comments, with one customer contrasting the cost with a dealership quote and another noting no charge when the vehicle could not be repaired. Reviewers mention clear communication from the initial call through to the end of the job, and describe Geoff as polite, courteous, knowledgeable and meticulous in his approach. He is also noted for attending a customer's home and changing a battery in a key for a second car. Reliability, straightforward advice and a friendly manner are what customers highlight most, especially when they need to be moving again without delay.

Spoke with the team at Lock M Out about a replacement key for my car that was lost. The team was very responsive, informative, kind and offered next day service. Even though I wasn’t sure if I would get them out to help they still were very helpful and friendly, much appreciated for the great customer service.
