Abetta Mobile Locksmith

Abetta Mobile Locksmith earns steady commendation for the work of Scott, whose name threads through accounts of jobs around the Sunshine Coast. Something that features in review after review is his reliability, with arrivals at agreed times and tasks finished without fuss, covering key cutting, lock changes after a move, deadlock fitting, electronic front door lock installation and repair of a jammed security door lock. Various customers describe his manner as professional, friendly and reassuring, noting that he heard their concerns and set out the choices plainly rather than steering them towards the priciest hardware.

Workmanship quality features strongly, along with tidiness and a readiness to exceed expectations, such as supplying spare keys and offering guidance on maintaining security locks. Communication also draws comment, spanning the initial enquiry through later questions, with prompt replies and clear explanations. Fair pricing recurs, and one account highlights matching the right product to the household, including a dog's safety. Long-term clients cite two decades of continued patronage for key cutting and lock installation.

Great speedy service from Scott - also fixed a broken screen for me bonus!

From our first phone call to installing our new locks, Abetta Mobile Locksmiths were fantastic. Scott is highly knowledgeable, generous with his time, and quickly replies to questions. We also were impressed that the emphasis was on getting the right product for our needs rather than pushing us to the latest or most expensive lock on the market. Scott arrived to install our locks on time and was very friendly, quick, and fair in pricing. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and the service we received. We would certainly recommend this family business to anyone who requires the services of a qualified locksmith.
