Went into Launceston today to get new key barrels and keys for my Patio Sliding door , and thinking I will try this Company rather than ordering on EBay and if they could help and price was reasonable I would buy them there I would rather shop locally anyways Give them the whole lock assembly and asked did they have barrels and keys to fit this handle and if they did ? what would the cost be ? He went away and teamed up with another staff member and found the parts inc keys. They then disassembled the whole thing put 2. new barrels in about (20 min ) charged me $30.00 Wow ! great job fellas appreciated your help and your prices were unbelievable Big help for us oldies 🙂 Keep up the great work !! people it’s very hard to find people as helpful these days Regard Terry
