Just charged $295.00 to have them spray WD40 into lock which took 2 seconds to do. Extremely disappointed. Cannot see how they can justify charging that amount. The gentleman who did it was lovely and apologised for having to charge me that amount.

If I could go elsewhere I would. Incompetent and dealing with your security. What a joke. From the get go the service has been terrible. Tried to discuss a matter over the phone just to be pushed to the website to make an order. Then told after a long period of time I needed approval from our strata manager to cut the key I ordered (perhaps talking to your customers over the phone isn’t such a bad idea). Had our strata manager send approval on the 12th March directly to API only for them to follow me up on the 8th April for approval. Apparently the approval had been “misfiled”. This company is dealing with security and to experience the circus show they are running is a worry.

Working with API Access is a breeze! Beth has been amazing, always responsive, and always on top of things! Highly recommend.

24 days ago I requested and paid for a key for my building, including $36 secure postage of a single key from Melbourne to Sydney. Tried to charge me twice and didn't respond for a week when I explained that I had paid already. Still waiting. No correspondence at all. This morning I received notification by Australia Post that my key was on its way and if nobody was home, they would leave it in a safe place. Not very secure. Rip off merchants

Would give them half a star if I could. They are the ONLY approved place you can purhcase locks that Ergon Energy in Queensland make you get when your property has locked gates. It is very expensive and they take their time to deliver. The last lock rusted after 2 years and is of such a bad quality that it beggars belief - espeically for the price they charge for the locks. They only send you automated emails and never answer their phones. They charge extra for 'express' delivery by courier but it takes such a long time that I wonder how long it takes for normal postal delivery. I wish I never had to use them but you have NO CHOICE.

Paid for two sets of security keys two weeks ago and we’ve heard nothing from this company. Called them several times but all they have is an answering service. Very unprofessional

What a pathetic company. I have phoned and left messages for 3 days and still no return call. I have emailed 3 times and no response. I feel sorry for the Answering Service company, as they are wearing it because API won't return calls. I love the way they replied to @Kate Nicholls review saying call 131 539 not sure why when all you get is their Answering Service but API never return a call. I do not know how they are still in business!
