Barrier Locksmiths

Barrier Locksmiths has built a reputation across Brisbane on the steady work of Reif, whose name appears throughout customer accounts and whose manner is consistently described as friendly, professional and trustworthy. Several reviewers note that he has looked after their locks for years and that he points out security considerations they had not thought of, treating advice as part of the job rather than an add-on. Work ranges from replacing multiple locks and deadbolts in family homes through to commercial premises, and when a fire door handle failed, a replacement was on hand and fitted with precision, leaving the area spotless.

Reviewers often mention punctuality and tidiness, alongside clear communication before and after the job and pricing they regard as reasonable. Emergency call-outs, including an after-hours response to secure a home, are described as prompt, fast and thorough, and one customer who had lost keys to a mailbox, gates and a shed found every problem resolved the same day. Key cutting for a local business drew praise for its speed and easy manner, and the recurring theme is a tradesman who arrives on time, explains what is needed and leaves the space clean.

Called Reif to rekey some locks this morning, and here was here and done in just a few hours. Friendly guy, quality work. Would definitely recommend him if you need any work on your locks.

Super impressed with the service we received. We called out Barrier Locksmiths to replace around 8 locks throughout our house. Helpful, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend them for any mobile locksmith needs!

Reif and Barrier Locksmiths were brilliant. Reif responded within 30mins of my email request and arrived same day after I requested same day service. I thought the task I had for him was significant, but he breezed through it in no time. The bill was very fair and reasonable. Great service, nice person and very recommendable.

Reif changed our deadbolt over today. He was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would recommend!

Reif has been in charge of our locks for many years. He makes us aware of aspects of security which we may not have otherwise considered.

Excellent, swift and professional service. Worked with residential and commercial properties. Reif did an excellent job and communicated promptly. What made it a better, a tradesman who was tidy and on time!
