★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing after a promising start I initially contacted Austin via text to get a replacement key for my car, and he quoted me a replacement fee plus a call-out fee. That part went smoothly. The trouble started when I called to book a time. I was told I'd need to pay close to $600 upfront before he'd even attend. I offered a reasonable compromise — pay the call-out fee upfront and the remainder once the work was done — which is standard practice with most tradespeople. Instead of discussing it, he became rude and hung up on me abruptly. I understand wanting payment security, but refusing any conversation and hanging up on a paying customer is not how to run a service business. Wouldn't recommend based on this experience.

Very excellent service above and beyond. Dead key visiting daughter car, urgent need to get to Melbourne, Austin rebuilt the dead key then fitted a new case, all in short time. Really appreciate the effort. Mark.

Lost my car keys in Bendigo over Easter. Even though he wasn’t working, he took the time to message me about my key type and to suggest towing. Then he messaged me again when he found my keys on Facebook Lost and Found! A genuinely great human being.
