East Coast Safe Company

Knowledgeable guidance on safe selection is the thread that runs through feedback most often. James is named for taking time to explain how different lock mechanisms work and which suits a given situation, patience that reviewers appreciate even when questions continue over an extended period. Buyers who arrived uncertain about sizing and style describe being steered towards a choice they remain pleased with. Installation is another recurring topic, with Luke singled out for a straightforward booking process and work that was completed so cleanly the property looked untouched afterwards.

Orders placed online are said to have been delivered and fitted within days, and responsiveness stands out from the first enquiry through to after the job, including quick answers while decisions were being weighed. Pricing is described as fair for the quality supplied, and the team is portrayed as friendly and professional whether the purchase is for a home or for business premises. Repeat use across personal and work-related needs suggests a dependable operation handling both supply and fitting without fuss, and the locksmith background of staff comes through in the practical advice given on locking options.

Huge thanks to the fella from east cost safe co, who chose to help me unlock my car with keys inside, when on the way to another job! He was just passing and gave a helping hand, life saver

**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Went Above and Beyond!** I recently had an outstanding experience with East Coast Safe Company and cannot recommend them highly enough! I came in looking for a specific safe, but unfortunately, it wasn’t in stock. Instead of simply turning me away or making me wait, they offered me an **upgraded safe at no additional cost**—an incredibly generous gesture that truly impressed me. Not only did they provide a better product, but they also handled delivery smoothly and professionally. From start to finish, their customer service was top-notch: friendly, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure I was satisfied. It’s rare to find a company that values its customers this much, and I will absolutely be returning for any future needs. Thank you, East Coast Safe Company, for exceeding my expectations—you’ve earned a loyal customer! **Highly recommended!**

James provided a great alternative solution to our needs and prompt service and delivery. Great company to deal with. Thanks

I approached several companies, and far away East Coast was the best in responsiveness, quality and product recommended. James was a pleasure to deal with, can-do attitude and just got the job done.

These guys are really helpful and will go out of their way to make sure the job is done. Their support is priceless! Highly recommend East Coast Safes if you require their services. After shopping around they were by far the best.

Quality products, perfect advice and great service. James and the team went above and beyond to get me out of a bind.

I brought a safe from James at East Coast Safes. James was very knowledgeable and helpful. His locksmith background was very helpful as he was able to explain the pros and cons of the different lock mechanisms. I probably annoyed his for 2 weeks with questions before I committed to buying. He was great the whole time. Would highly recommended.
