Elite Lock Service

Speed and reliability emerge as the strongest themes across accounts of Elite Lock Service in Myaree, with several reviewers describing rapid responses to urgent lock problems, including one job completed within minutes of the call and another opened quickly after other locksmiths had declined it as too difficult.

Something that features in review after review is the skill of named technicians, particularly Phoebe, who is credited with careful installation of digital deadlocks, quick work on complex multi-lock jobs and helpful advice on jammed cylinders and additional door hardware; Jesse and Steve also receive praise for professionalism and problem solving. Key cutting is described as accurate and efficient, with walk-in customers reporting that jobs are handled without fuss, while pricing is characterised as fair and the approach as willing to go beyond expectations.

Communication is another recurring point, with customers noting appointment confirmations and text messages about arrival times, and the overall manner of staff is continually described as friendly, pleasant and easy to deal with. Workmanship is reported to have held up well over time, with one reviewer confirming that repairs were still sound a month later, and the readiness to attend outside standard trading periods is highlighted as part of the responsive service.

Phoebe was great, there were two locks that needed fixing, both jobs were pretty complex, yet she got it all done in under half an hour. It's been a month now and everything has held up really well. Quality stuff!

Excellent service from start to finish! My call was answered immediately, booked for same day service (even though my work wasn't urgent), and the pricing was very reasonable. Shoutout to Phoebe the locksmith - she was so competent, tidy, and professional. Highly recommend Elite Lock Service for door lock servicing and repair.

Elite arrived when they said they would, were very reasonable & extremely professional.

Excellent service . Very friendly and would recommend these guys to anyone who need car keys and fobs sorted. Cheers

From first contact with Elite Lock, I called to make an appt, Cade answered the phone and found a day and time that suited me and on the day, Phoebe arrived (after a arrival time text) . Phoebe was amazing, suggested the best thing to do with my jammed cylinder and even helped me with a lock on another door. The service from the beginning was fantastic with Phoebe being a delight and did a fab job. Thank you

A big thank you to Jesse for his speed, pleasant disposition & professionalism in solving my issue yesterday.

Great service, professional, friendly and fast. You can't get any better than that! Highly recommend them. Julie G
