Amazing friendly helpful staff. Unlocked my bike rack off my tow ball and cut four new sets of keys for me (including bike locks) in less than 24 hours and only seemed to charge for the key cutting - and even that was really cheap. I’ll be going back to them for everything to do with keys and locks from now on. So highly recommended. The best.

In past years I’ve dealt with Brad, who took the time to do a site visit as needed, a friendly and helpful young staff member who assisted me over the phone recently and Sonia, who sorted out my latest issue in-store based on that earlier conversation. Every interaction has been professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. Great service.

Called up at probably 8:30am, they swung by at 8:45am due to a cancellation. They made it effortless. Had a locksmith named Dylan, he was quiet as a mouse, in and out. Hassle free and didn't need anything from me, even cleaned up after himself. Super impressed.

We were stuck in Somerset west of Burnie with a broken key for our rental van and these guys came to our rescue from Launceston a two hours drive and made us a new key in minutes. Very professional and polite, would definitely recommend Evolve locksmiths, thank you!
