Express Locksmith Gold Coast - 24/7 Locksmith Services

Express Locksmith Gold Coast, based in Surfers Paradise, has earned a 4.9 rating from around 1,500 reviews, with many describing rapid emergency response times for lockouts and broken keys, sometimes within twenty to thirty minutes. Reviewers consistently mention clear communication while the technician is en route and friendly, professional service on arrival.

At least one review raised concern about being charged a higher-than-expected amount for a very quick job without the cost being confirmed beforehand, so it is worth clarifying pricing upfront. Overall, though, the volume of positive feedback points to a business that responds fast and helps people out of stressful situations.

Tony was amazing. Great communication , quick response, good price and got the door unlocked in seconds. Highly recommend!

Great service from Tony. He was easy to deal with and attended our address really quickly. Thanks Tony.

Tony was a genuine guy , he came to my rescue as I locked my keys in my car after work, he was fast and reliable and reasonably priced.

Tony helped us so quickly. We had an issue with our bedroom door and it wouldn’t open. I believe the lock was already old and faulty. This is the second time this has happened in our rental house. He came quickly, helped us get the door open, and also helped us explain the situation to the real estate so they understood that the lock was genuinely faulty. We really appreciated his help, especially how fast he solved the issue and completed the job. Highly recommend his service. Thank you, Tony!

He was so efficient in time even though we needed the service on weekend afternoon, explaining what he’s doing, clear solutions and quick job done. Very respectful, friendly and reasonable price too. Thank you very much.
