Fort Locks

Fort Locks has built its reputation on staff who are repeatedly described as friendly, skilled and efficient, completing jobs without fuss and solving problems promptly. Punctuality and clear updates stand out, with customers saying they were told when to expect their locksmith. Dene is named often for attending a new home in the evening, taking time to verify every lock was correctly set and sharing sensible security tips, while Keith is credited with arriving on schedule and finishing the work properly.

Reviewers point to key cutting and duplication, smooth lock replacement, a jammed suitcase lock handled at the car, and CCTV guidance alongside a lock repair that had seemed beyond fixing. Reasonable charges and a willingness to explain the work recur, and Taylor plus the locksmith at the counter are also mentioned, with accounts noting that billing details were communicated clearly. The Hamilton Hill business covers locks, safes, keys, security systems and related supplies, and customers describe careful, tidy work and knowledgeable tradespeople who see a job through.

We had an extra deadlock fitted to our storeroom. The locksmith arrived at the agreed time and fitted the lock and cleared up afterwards. He was both friendly and professional. If I need any additional security devices fitted I would happily use the company again.

I cannot speak more highly of the professional and highly skilled locksmiths who came and made a key for one of our security fly screen doors to which the only key had been lost. I would use them for any job at home or business 👏

Five star service. Staff was so friendly and was quick. My property was attended to within a reasonable timeframe.

I'm very impressed with Tayla professional, friendliness and nothing is too much bother for her. I highly recommend her and Fort Locks to anybody looking for security work and other tasks. Steve

Extremely helpful. My suitcase lock was jammed and they even came out to the car to lift it so I didn’t have to lift it. They were so friendly and the service was fast!

Such amazing service, excellent advice on CCTV and did a great job fixing the unfixable lock. Lovely to deal with, very efficient and reasonably priced 🤩

Excellent first class service. Keith arrived on time and quickly and we were informed along the way when to expect him. Kieth dod a first class job. We have used them before and would not hesitate to recommend them. Definitely 5 star!
