Our home security alarm went on the Fritz, arming itself and setting off the alarm, two days from Christmas. I called Jacksons and they had me in contact with a technician within 5 minutes, who then attended our home within 30 minutes, and fixed the problem in another ten minutes. Problem solved within the hour. Outstanding service. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with our installer Daniel, as he arrived at the agreed time, did the job thoroughly and professionally and explained everything to my satisfaction.

I wanted to get my milled car key duplicated. Unfortunately, blanks are hard to come by (old, rare car). Jason was a legend and was super helpful, first trying to hunt some down, then experimenting on similar blanks. Turned out there were a few knocking about out back, and he got it sorted. Great experience, he kept me updated and I was well looked-after.

Josh from Jackson's arrived on time, politely introduced himself & where he was from, which immediately scores 10/10. He was patient, polite, and professional throughout. He kindly answered all my questions & took extra time to go through my checklist, making sure I was happy. I would highly recommend this company. Each time they've sent a person to my home, they've been professional, friendly & courteous & done the work to the highest standards.
