I was thrilled with the quality of my service from John Barnes. They fixed three problems at my residence recently and were professional, affordable and trustworthy. John and his team are a pleasure to deal with.
Found them as one of the staff lived nearby and we saw the van. Glad we called them, and they scheduled us in quickly. Phil was great, took us through the whole process and was done very quickly. We had a few requests and he was able to do it all. Couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended. Thank you Phil!
Came out and repaired my front door lock, at the agreed time about 2 hours after I first called. Job done quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very easy and professional to deal with, both on the phone and in person. Would use them again.
The team were fantastic. My son was in the hospital for the day, I'd the spare car and the key was as stuck as it could be in the ignition. Between treatments I drove to Safeguard Locksmiths, they recommended John Barnes - as a big Liverpool FC fan I knew I couldn't go wrong with a company named after my favourite player growing up. Got their and they were excellent, in the end Eddie the Automotive Expert took it on, left it with him a few hours and he managed a workaround on what could have been a massive hassle.
I had 3 duplicate keys made at John Barnes and was very happy with the service. The keys were cut quickly, the price was affordable, and the staff were friendly and professional. Thanks
