Prestige Lock Service

Households and motorists across Mandurah have repeatedly turned to this locksmith for help with domestic lock failures, vehicle lockouts and the installation of digital door hardware, and the feedback gathered from those jobs is consistently warm. Various customers describe technicians who arrive when they say they will, with the trade vehicle carrying the parts needed to finish the work on the spot rather than requiring a return visit.

Reviewers frequently point to the manner of the staff, with Jayden, Dylan, Jai and Ciaran singled out by name for explaining what they were doing, showing householders how to operate new digital locks and their supporting app, and taking the time to set everything up to the customer's requirements rather than hurrying away. The quality of the finished result comes up often, including sliding door and screen door repairs completed the same day a call was placed, with one account noting the replacement hardware looked better than what it replaced.

Pricing is described as fair and reasonable, and an aspect raised across a number of reviews is the advice given on car keys and locks, along with the tidy, no-fuss approach taken on site. Communication before and after the visit, from returned calls to early arrival offers, rounds out the accounts of a dependable local operation.

A wonderful experience from a bad situation. My lock broke on my back sliding door. Called Prestige at 0930 and had my lock fixed by 1230. Wonderful service by Ciaran, very knowledgeable guy. Would deffinatley recommend and use again.

We needed Digital door locks on three doors, which Jayden costed weeks ago and yesterday installed. Without rushing to finish the job and leave the site, he then spent some time setting up the digital locks, with the supporting App, to our requirements and showing us both how to operate them. The finished job looked better then the original door locks.

Great friendly service ,on time and our door locks are working perfectly now. We had 2 locks replaced. Thank you and I would definitely use you again.
