Riverina Safes & Locks

Key cutting, door and garage lock installation and safe supply sit at the centre of what customers describe at this Wagga Wagga business, and the feedback around that work is consistently warm. Reviews regularly refer to the advice given at the enquiry stage, with one noting that the guidance offered saved money against an original plan.

More than one customer describes staff as friendly, helpful and professional, and named team members including Brandon, Deegan and Matthew are singled out for knowing their trade and for solving problems quickly, such as getting into locks and cutting replacement keys for a caravan so a holiday could continue. Punctuality, politeness and the quality of finished work come up often across jobs spanning screens, leversets and lock mechanisms, and one long-standing customer of more than two decades notes honest dealings and prompt repair of a Crimsafe screen door lock alongside replacement of a second broken lock.

Reviewers also value the practical touch of having keys cut while they wait, even where original key numbers were unavailable, and the willingness to service existing hardware rather than push a new sale. The recurring theme is knowledgeable service delivered without fuss, whether the job is a repair, a replacement or a security upgrade.

I went in with a defective screen door lock mechanism and rather than sell me a new one the super courteous staff member gave it a quick service for free and it's as good as new. Amazing customer service!!

Excellent service highly recommended

The team at Riverina Safes & Locks have always been friendly, honest and helpful. I have gone straight to them for over 25 years and they never disappoint providing good advice and great work. Rang Wednesday morning about Crimsafe screen door lock not working and they came and fixed it that afternoon with a repair Plus I asked them to check another lock which was broken and they replaced it no issue. Will always return for this kind of service!

Excellent customer service!

Service was exceptional and our issue was resolved very quickly :) Would definitely recommend Riverina Locks and Safes.

Amazing service, Matthew saved us in a pickle when we left our caravan keys at home. They got into the locks and replaced some keys for us so we could continue on our holiday 😀
