RKL Security

Rapid response and dependable workmanship stand out across the feedback for this Gladstone security specialist, with Mitch named time and again as the technician who turns up and gets the job done. A handful of customers describe being locked out of a house or car and having the situation resolved swiftly, including one whose keys were accidentally locked inside a vehicle while passing through town and another whose front door was picked open without fuss.

A recurring theme is the breadth of work handled: deadbolts fitted, screen door locks installed, and locks keyed alike so a single key serves the whole property. Reviews regularly refer to Mitch's technical knowledge and the care taken to explain what was being done, along with punctuality that saw one job finished a day ahead of the arranged time.

Administrative contact is also praised, with the person answering the call described as helpful and efficient. Pricing on completed work is called fair and reasonable, and even a call-out that ended in a false alarm drew thanks for the friendly, prompt manner in which it was handled. The range of security system supply and installation work is reflected in accounts of lock replacements, rekeying and door hardware upgrades completed to a high standard.
