Got a special key cut no fuss quickly and perfect first time

Went in looking for a new shell for my car fob and went in and got no service for about 10 minutes and had to call ruswins so they could get their staff to come out and serve, then when someone came out she was so very rude and had an attitude. I would not recommend this place :)

I went into see Ruswin to book a spare key installation for my Holden Barina Spark. I was told that a new key cut with software installation would be $320. Booked a key installation date & returned on Friday for the installation. Waited 2 hours for the installation to be completed, only to be told that perhaps there was a problem with the receiver on the car or the new key was faulty? They informed me that they needed to do some more checks with the supplier & that they would ring me later to inform me of the status of the installation. Next Tuesday still no word from Ruswin, returned to the shop at 2.05pm, only to find the shop was closed for lunch? Returned at 3.00pm for an explanation to be told that there were still some more checks to be done. Rebooked the new installation for the following day. The next day during the installation I was informed that their software had not been updated, hence the reason for the delays & their inability to install the software. Finally the spare key was configured correctly. My last little surprise was the cost had almost doubled from the original verbal quote $320 to $632.57! I was informed that an email was sent with the final quote (my fault not checking the email & trusting the origial verbal quote). All in all a very unprofessional experience. Rob

Unprofessional. I booked my car in for a second car key with transponder to be programmed and cut. They had a week to organise parts and ensure my booking was scheduled for the requested time. I dropped the car off early and was told I would be called when ready. After waiting two hours I went back and found that work had not yet started despite me having to wait for the car. After another 20 minutes I was informed that only OEM parts could be used and the parts they had ordered were unable to be used. Basic professionalism would have ensured that the correct parts were quoted and ordered. Common courtesy would have ensured I was informed of this either prior to or at the time of the vehicle drop off. Being told that they were busy was not an acceptable response. It is very difficult to support local business when they display this lack of professionalism and courtesy.

First class customer service. Young guy to a lot trouble to get my troubles fixed. Highly regarded. DCC.

Staff are friendly I had a key that had snapped took it into the guys @ ruswin job they done was 10/10 would recommend ruswin for all key and locksmith and security tnx guys appreciate the good work
