I have to say, from the moment I called these guys until they left after fitting my new lock, I only experienced helpfulness and professionalism. I called these guys to ask them about a combination lock and was met with absolute helpfulness. I went into the store and met Dominic who clearly explained the differences between the digital and mechanical combination locks. He took us through this step by step and even explained how he could alter my existing lock. Dominic actually came out to fit my new lock and was amazing. Every step was explained and the job they completed, even the tidying up afterward was to such a high professional standard. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough, but especially Dominic. Absolutely outstanding service all round 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Late night call out for family friends of mine who were locked out of their house in freezing cold temperatures from the only locksmith who answered their phone after calling so many others beforehand that advertised to be currently open and ready to help…. Kevin was polite, fast and very professional having them out of the elements in minutes after his arrival….. Price was more than fair considering the late night weekend time and distance he had to drive….. Would not hesitate to call him again if needed.. Cheers 🍻

Very disappointed in the service. Booked ahead, they didn't come within specified 3hr timeframe and only once I called a 2nd time did they tell me they've had a busy day & were behind on jobs. No worries, it happens. I rebooked another day and called that morning to confirm they would be coming as I couldn't afford to take another day off work to wait around for locksmith. The guy who answered the phone flatly told me I was 'on the board'. No one showed up within 3hrs and when I called again they told me their guy couldn't get there before I had to leave. Called me later after boss said to offer coming after hours. No way I'm giving them any more of my time. Will be going with other locksmiths as the customer service, communication and handling of jobs was terrible.

Very poor service. Walked onto the job unannounced and began unscrewing my door without even telling me who he was. Left the job without letting me know it was complete. Awful experience

Kevin just charged me $300 to cut a key....and swap the old chip over - No programming. A key cutting should be tops $50 without any chip programming. If you swap the chip over to the new key, sure 5m...but another $250 for callout fee? Also he did not mention the price before he came. Even me as a sole trader wouldn't go-to someone's house and lay it on them without warning...have abit of decency Kevin.
