Sunshine Coast Locksmiths & Alarms

Homeowners securing a property, a resident reinstating audio and video communications after a renovation, and a customer needing alarm faults fixed all describe dealing with John, whose name recurs throughout the feedback. Response times come up repeatedly, with customers noting that he replies within minutes of a request and turns up when he says he will. The work itself is described as efficient and thorough, covering lock changes, new lock installation, alarm repairs, security camera setup and data and communications equipment, with several reviewers mentioning that jobs were finished promptly and the area left clean afterwards.

Pricing is a point that comes up often: customers call the quotes fair and reasonable, and one account describes a visit that ended without a call-out charge when the door turned out to be unlocked, followed by pricing for a number of inside doors. Working through the house to set up cameras and check all levels of security is mentioned as going beyond what was expected. Friendliness, patience and clear communication before and after the job are noted throughout, and the same customers say they would call on him again for locksmith, alarm or security work.
