Tj Lock And Key Services

Prompt and careful assistance with lockouts, key problems and door hardware is the theme that runs through the customer accounts for this North Melbourne locksmith. Customers in several reviews describe being stranded outside a home, apartment or vehicle and finding a technician on site quickly, often within twenty to thirty minutes, with doors opened without damage and car keys programmed or batteries replaced on the spot.

Reviews regularly refer to that the price was explained before any work began and that the final charge matched the figure quoted over the phone, which customers treat as a sign of straightforward dealing. Named staff, particularly TJ and Samuel, are praised for a calm and friendly manner during stressful situations, along with Arthur, who handled rekeying of front and back doors and replacement of a sliding door lock.

An observation shared by more than one reviewer is the willingness to repair rather than replace, with one sticking front door lock fixed in minutes instead of being written off for a new unit. Tidiness, up-to-date equipment and clear advice on maintaining keys and locks round out the accounts, as does help retrieving keys dropped through a grate. The work covered spans residential and commercial locks, vehicle keys and general lock servicing.
